- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining New Water Connection
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “New User ? Register Here” option at the right side of the page and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Complete the registration form and click “Validate” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now enter the Email and SMS OTP in the appropriate textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : In this page you can see the confirmation message about your registration process. Now go back to the login page to avail the service.
- Step 7 : Now enter your username and password in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now click “View all available services” option under “Apply for services” section on the left side of the page. Now type as “water” in the search box which is pointed out by the Yellow arrow in the below image. Now choose “Application for Domestic and Non-Domestic Water Connection – both Temporary and Permanent” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now complete all the sections with valid details. Please enter all the mandatory information.

- Step 10 : Please choose “No” option under “Type of Connection needed” section. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 11 : Now click the checkbox against “I Agree” which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image. Then enter the verification text in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 12 : Now application will be processed by respective department.
- Step 13 : Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
- Step 14 : Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
- Step 15 : This application will be processed further and upon notification applicant has to follow the guidelines to get connection.
