Assam - Online Apply Permission for Public Meetings (Strike, Protest) and Processions (Dharna, Pradarshan)

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for public meetings (strike, protest) and processions permit

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page please click “Create citizen login” option at the right side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 4 : Now complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Validate” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now you have to make login using the valid credentials and click “LOGIN” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Now click “Protest / Strike Request” or "Procession Request" option highlighted in RED under “Citizen Services” menu which is pointed out by Red arrow.

Step 8 : If you select “Protest / Strike Request” option then choose "Protest / Strike Registration Request" option highlighted in RED.

Step 9 : Complete "Applicant Details" section with valid information which is highlighted in Red and click "Save" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 10 : Likewise complete all other sections which are highlighted in RED in the below image. Then click "Submit" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 11 : If you select "Procession Request" option then choose "Procession Request Registration" option highlighted in RED.

Step 12 : Complete "Applicant Details" section with valid information and click "Save" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 13 : Likewise complete all other sections which are highlighted in RED in the below image. Then click "Submit" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 14 : Once the submission is complete user shall save the system generated acknowledgement for future reference.

Step 15 : This application will be processed further. Applicant will get notification from the department.

Step 16 : Please follow the departments notification and guidelines to get the permission.
