Apply Online

1. To Obtain Land Holding Certificate online, the applicant has to use the following link
2. To register in the portal for availing certificate services for land holding, the applicant has to click the “sign-in” option from the home page.
3. By clicking, the link will re-direct into new link page for creating an account.
4. Provide details such as Name, Gender, Email ID, and Date of Birth for registration. After entering the text verification code click on “save” button.
5. Upon registration, the activation link will be sent to the registered mail ID. Click on that, the account will be activated.
6. Now, the applicant can login to the government portal.
7. The applicant has to enter all the details in the form page.
8. The applicant should make sure to upload all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
9. The applicant has to pay the fee in online mode, the details are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
10. Upon completed, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
11. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing the license.
12. Once completed, the authority will send the notification through mail for download the certificate from the online portal.
13. The processing time for this procedure is up to 30 days.

1. To Obtain Land Holding Certificate in Assam, the applicant has to approach the Secretariat Administration link
