ProcedureEdit

A Copy of School Transcripts can be acquired at the institution where the applicant obtained the diploma or at a notary.

Apply In Person

  1. To Get a Copy of School Transcripts, the applicant must approach their respective high school registrar office where they completed.
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant must enter all the details in the application form.
  4. Make sure that the applicant must attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant must attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
  6. Submit all the necessary documents along with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority’s request.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided to the applicant. Please save it for future reference.
  10. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant gets the Copy of a School transcripts via mail or directly approaching the school.
  11. The processing time for this procedure completes within 7 – 14 days.

  • A transcript is a proof of education. It has a detailed record of all the subjects the student has studied with their scores in the form of marks or grades given by the institution of study.
