ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. To Obtain Encumbrance certificate applicant has to approach concerned Deputy commissioner office in their district.
  2. Application form can be obtained from the concerned office or can be written application in white paper.
  3. Application should be affix stamp fee and addressed to the sub registrar
  4. please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Attach all required document with the application and Submit with appropriate fees.
  6. After submission, you can get the acknowledgement receipt for reference.
  7. After authority’s process upon the application, Applicant will get notification (SMS) to collect the certificate from the Office.
