Procedure

Following are the ways through which you can obtain a life certificate in Arunachal Pradesh.
Apply In-Person:

1. Download the application form from the following link Life certificate
2. Fill the form with required details.
3. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
4. Submit the form to the gazetted officer along with the required documents. More details about the gazetted officer location is provided in the following link Senior Bureaucrats
5. Refer the gazetted officer location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
6. After the application form is processed, applicant can receive the life certificate from the concerned authority.
   
   

Apply through CSC Centre

1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form can be obtained through the kiosk operator upon visiting the centre.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
7. The operator will process the application online.
8. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
9. Collect the certificate from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

2. Look for the application form to obtain life certificate.
3. Also you can visit the page directly by clicking the link given below Pensioner's Portal
4. Follow the screen instructions to fill the form.
5. Fill the application with the required details and attach the prescribed documents mentioned in the required documents section below.
6. Click on the “Submit” button after completing the details in the application form.
7. Upon submission, the applicant will receive acknowledgement as the confirmation of submission.
8. After verification, the applicant will be able to obtain life certiifcate.
   
   

Apply Online through mobile app - Arunachal Pradesh Obtain a Life Certificate Online with Images

1. Download the UMANG app from the above link to apply for life certificate.
2. If you are a new user then click “New user” to register.
3. If you already have an account then enter the mobile number and MPIN to login.
4. Else you can enter your aadhaar number for login.
5. After successful login, you enter into the home page of that app.
6. Look for all services section and select the life certificate option.
7. Fill the application form with required details and upload the required documents mentioned below.
8. Click “submit” to submit the filled application form.
9. Upon submission you will receive candidate Id for tracking the status of your application.

• Connect biometric device. Click on install link provided for your device.
