InstructionsEdit

You may report a change-of-address on Class D licenses in person at any revenue office, by post or by sending an email.

Arkansas Law does not require you to obtain a new Noncommercial Class D license when you change your address. However, if you do want to change the address on your drivers license or ID card you may purchase a duplicate card with the new address. The word duplicate will be included on this new card.

For CDL holders:

If you have a Commercial license, it will be necessary for you to go to the local Revenue Office and buy a duplicate license with the new address.

Required InformationEdit

  • Name as it appears on your driver's license;
  • Driver's license number; date of birth;
  • Issue date;
  • Expiration date;
  • Applicant's old address and new address.

Need for the DocumentEdit

In case you change your address, make sure that you have notified the authorities as to your current address. You can do this by going personally to the revenue office or send them an email.

Following are procedures on how you can notify the licensing authority about changes in your address.
