To Obtain Annual Certification of Regional Centre, the applicant can file a form Between October 1 and December 29 (within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year). Filing is required for the fiscal year the RC is approved and for every subsequent fiscal year
Apply By Mail
- To Obtain Annual Certification of Regional Centre, the applicant has to mail the application form to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services link
- The applicant can download the application form from the following link
- Note: The application form will be available on this link only after September 30 of every year.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
- The applicant has to make sure to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit the completed form and the necessary documents to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service centres. The mailing address is given in “Office Location and Contacts” section of this page.
- The Fee for this procedure is mentioned in Fees section of this page.
- The USCIS will examine the application for completeness and accuracy.
- Once all the verification process is done by the authority, the applicant receives a receipt notice regarding the application.
- The processing time for this procedure takes up to 30 days.
- Note:
- If the applicant does not receive a receipt notice within 21 days, they can request a duplicate notice by emailing: [email protected]
- USCIS will not accept electronic submission of the form (e.g., through email)

EligibilityEdit
An approved RC designated by the USCIS Immigrant Investor Program Office (or predecessor office) is eligible to make this application.
FeesEdit
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $3,035.
- The applicant may pay the fee with a money order, personal check, or cashier’s check. When filing at a USCIS lockbox facility, the applicant may pay by credit card using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions. If the applicant pays by check, they must make their check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Service centres are not able to process credit card payments.

Purpose of Form I-924A
- Demonstrates a regional centre’s continued eligibility as a designated regional centre in the EB-5 Program
- Is a supplement to Form I-924, Application for Regional Center* under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
- A regional centre (RC) is any economic unit (public or private) which promotes economic growth (including increased export sales, improved regional productivity, job creation and increased domestic capital investment).
