Apply by Mail

1. To Get Construction Progress Reporting Survey (CPRS), the applicant has to approach the U.S. Census Bureau Economic Indicators Division link
2. The applicant has to download the application form from the following link

   Note: The applicant has to select the respective form and click the “Get Form” button.

3. The applicant has to fill all the details in the application form.

   Note: The applicant can contact the Residential Construction Branch for completing the survey at: 1–800–845–8244. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.

4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the office mail address.
7. The mailing address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
8. Once the verification process gets done, the applicant get the application package return through mail.
9. The applicant gets the same form package every month, until the construction progress gets completed.
10. There is no fee for this procedure.
11. The processing time for this procedure is within a week.

4. The applicant has to upload the monthly survey report with the correct payment details.
5. The applicant gets the reminder notification through email to complete the survey report on every month.
6. The processing time for checking the report is 30minutes (for first month), 10 minutes (for every month).
7. There is no fee for this procedure.
