Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Apply for LEED Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. From the LEED option, the applicant has to click the “LEED Online” option.
3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Sign Up” button.
4. Enter the registration details and click the “Sign Up” button.
5. Now get back to the sign-in page and enter the email address and password and click the “Sign In” option.
6. The applicant has to enter all the details in the application form.
7. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. Pay the prescribed fee in online mode.
9. The fee details for this procedure are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
10. Once completed with all the details, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
11. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
12. The USGBC will review your documentation and evaluate the project's compliance with the chosen LEED rating system. This process may involve clarifications, additional information requests, or further documentation submission.
13. Once the review is completed, the USGBC will provide feedback on the project's compliance with the rating system requirements.
14. If the project meets the necessary criteria, the USGBC will issue the LEED certification. The certification level achieved (Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) will depend on the number of points earned.
15. Upon successful certification, the USGBC will provide you with a LEED certificate and allow you to use the LEED certification mark.
16. Additionally, you can request a LEED plaque to display at the project site, showcasing your commitment to sustainable design and construction.
17. This entire process can be completed within 4 – 5 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an ATPL, the applicant must meet the following requirements established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA):

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Hold a private pilot certificate or a commercial pilot certificate.
• Possess a first-class medical certificate.
