ProcedureEdit

Following are the ways through which you can apply for income certificate in Arunachal Pradesh.

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for the income certificate approach the Tehsildar officer who is regulated under the Department of District Collectorate.
  2. Download the form from the link given below Income Certificate and Income Certificate
  3. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
  4. Submit the form to the District Collectorate officer along with the required documents. More details about the District Collectorate officer location is provided in the following link District Collectorate officer location
  5. Refer the District Collectorate Officer location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
  6. After the application form is processed, an enquiry officer will make a thorough verification regarding your proof which you have submitted along with the form.
  7. Collect the acknowledgment slip after submitting the form.
  8. Use acknowledgment slip to obtain income certificate.
  9. An income certificate with 1-year expiry period will be issued by the authority after verifying all the details submitted by the applicant.

To apply for the income certificate in Arunachal Pradesh through online follow the procedure given below

  1. Visit the e-services portal by clicking the following link Link
  2. Login into the e-services portal by entering the valid email id and password.
  3. If you are a new user, then login by selecting “new user” option.
  4. After successful login, look for “apply for services” in the left side.
  5. Select “view all available services” option.
  6. Now you can see a list of services.
  7. Select “Application for issuing of income certificate” option.
  8. Now the application form page will appear. Select the office where the application has to process.
  9. Enter all mandatory details in the “applicant details” section.
  10. Enter all mandatory details in the “applicant address details” section.
  11. Fill the application details and select the “I agree” option as a declaration.
  12. Enter additional details and click “submit”.
  13. Upon submission, the applicant will receive acknowledgement slip as the confirmation of submission.
  14. After verification, the applicant can obtain income certificate from the concerned authority of District Collectorate Department with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download from the official website.

Mandatory:
Salary Statement for last 12 months from DDO (Government Employee) Or Certificate from BDO (For Rural areas) Or Certificate from DAO, :DHO, DVO, etc (For persons having income from Agriculture, Horticulture and Veterinary Sources). (APST Non-Government Employee) Or IT :Return/ Form 16 (Non APST Non-Government Employee)
Optional:
Proof of Address: Attested copy of Voter's ID Card/ Adhaar Card/ LPC/ Land Allotment Passbook/ Ration Card/ LPG Card/ Driver’s License
