- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Online Services” option under “For Citizens” option highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now click “Apply For New Connection” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now click “New Registration” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.
- Step 6 : Now complete the registration form page and click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “VERIFY” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now set your password and click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now enter the valid credentials to do login and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Read the instructions which appear on the screen and click “Apply New Application” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : In this page please select the type of connection as “Water” and proceed completing the application form.
- Step 12 : After completing the form with necessary details click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : After successful submission of your application, you will receive “Application Number”. Please keep it safe for tracking the status. Now upload required documents as prompted.
- Step 14 : This application will be processed further and upon notification applicant has to follow the guidelines to get new water connection.
