- Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 :On the given page, click on “Complaint / Request Services” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4 : Choose the “Complaint Registration” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5 :If you are a new user, click on “REGISTER NOW” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 6 :Enter the “Account Number” and click on the “VERIFY” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and continue the registration process by following the page prompts and finish it.

- Step 7 : After registration, enter the “UserName”, “Password”, “Image Verification” and click on “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 8 :The complaint is now fully submitted.
- Step 9 :After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
