Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for an Employee Verification In-Person, get the Employee Verification form from the nearest police station in Uttarakhand
2. From the given link, select your district to know the list of Police Stations: Uttarakhand Police Stations
3. In the procured form, fill the required details of the employee.
4. Provide the required information of the employer.
5. Affix the Passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
6. Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proofs of the employee.
7. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station.
8. Pay the processing fee if required.
9. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
10. Follow up to know the status of your report, and visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
    

Note: Make sure you carry the original Id proofs with you for cross verification.

1. To apply for an Employee Verification online, one has to login to Uttarakhand’s Citizen Portal Apply Online
2. If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details by selecting “Register”.
3. Now login with your account and select Employee Verification.
4. Fill all the required details of the employer in the given window.
5. Fill the required details of the employee.
6. Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format (Check required documents section for further details).
7. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
8. Pay the processing fee if required.
9. After submission, you will receive your Service Request No. through SMS or E-Mail.
10. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
11. The report will be sent to your registered mail Id or you will have to visit the police station if required.
    

Apply Online Through Mobile Application - Uttarakhand Apply to get Employee (Job) Verification through Mobile App Online with Images

1. To apply for Employee Verification online through mobile, download the Mobile Application: DevBhumi App
2. Open the App and register your account using your details.
3. Login with your new user account.
4. From the various services offered, select Employee Verification.
5. In the given new window, fill the required details of the employee.
6. Fill the required details of the employer.
7. Upload the photo and documents in the required size and file format.
8. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
9. Pay the Processing fee if required.
10. You will receive the Receipt Number in your registered mobile number.
11. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
12. You can track your application status by selecting “Track your request/complaint” option.
13. The report will be sent to your registered mail Id or you will have to visit the police station if required.

• While hiring a person, it is highly advisable to verify the antecedent of the person with police before employing them.
