Apply In-Person
- To apply for an Employee Verification In-Person, get the Employee Verification form from the nearest police station in Uttarakhand
- From the given link, select your district to know the list of Police Stations: Uttarakhand Police Stations
- In the procured form, fill the required details of the employee.
- Provide the required information of the employer.
- Affix the Passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
- Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proofs of the employee.
- Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station.
- Pay the processing fee if required.
- Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
- Follow up to know the status of your report, and visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
Note: Make sure you carry the original Id proofs with you for cross verification.
Apply Online - Uttarakhand Apply to get Employee (Job) Verification Online with Images
- To apply for an Employee Verification online, one has to login to Uttarakhand’s Citizen Portal Apply Online
- If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details by selecting “Register”.
- Now login with your account and select Employee Verification.
- Fill all the required details of the employer in the given window.
- Fill the required details of the employee.
- Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format (Check required documents section for further details).
- Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Pay the processing fee if required.
- After submission, you will receive your Service Request No. through SMS or E-Mail.
- Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
- The report will be sent to your registered mail Id or you will have to visit the police station if required.

- To apply for Employee Verification online through mobile, download the Mobile Application: DevBhumi App
- Open the App and register your account using your details.
- Login with your new user account.
- From the various services offered, select Employee Verification.
- In the given new window, fill the required details of the employee.
- Fill the required details of the employer.
- Upload the photo and documents in the required size and file format.
- Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Pay the Processing fee if required.
- You will receive the Receipt Number in your registered mobile number.
- Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
- You can track your application status by selecting “Track your request/complaint” option.
- The report will be sent to your registered mail Id or you will have to visit the police station if required.

- While hiring a person, it is highly advisable to verify the antecedent of the person with police before employing them.
- This verification also helps you know if any criminal records were registered against the person hired and if he/she has a shady character.

- This protects the employee from involving in any criminal activities in the near future.
