Uttar Pradesh - Online Obtain Birth Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link Required Documents for Obtaining Birth Certificate
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online Apply Online.
Step 3 : In this page please click “Citizen login (e-partner)” option to register into the portal and apply for the services. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.

Step 4 : Now click “New User Registration?” option which is highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Complete the registration form and click “Protect” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.

Step 6 : After successful registration, click “LOGIN” tab highlighted in yellow at the bottom of the page to go back to the login page.

Step 7 : Now enter your username, OTP and captcha code in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.

Step 8 : Now reset your old password and click “Change password” tab which is highlighted in RED.

Step 9 : After changing the password "password changed successfully" option will appear as highlighted in YELLOW. Please click “back” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : Again do login using your username and new password. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.

Step 11 : Now click “Fill the application” menu highlighted in Yellow. Then you have to select the service as “Birth certificate” from the dropdown menu. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by RED arrow.

Step 12 : Now a pop up screen appears. It displays a message that birth certificate can be availed through Civil Registration System portal. Click "Ok" tab highlighted in RED to close the popup box. Step 13 : Now click “General Public Signup” option under USER LOGIN section. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in Yellow.

Step 14 : Now complete the registration form and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 15 : To go back to the login page click “Click Here” hyperlink which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 16 : Now enter your user ID and password in the textbox and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 17 : After successful login, click “Add Birth Registration” option under “Birth” section. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

Step 18 : Complete the application form with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 19 : Also complete the premises details section with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 20 : Check all the information you have provided and click “Print & Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 21 : Please follow the screen instructions and proceed further. Look for documents upload option and complete it.
Step 22 : Click appropriate tab to submit the application. Please note down the application reference number for future reference.
Step 23 : After verification process, applicant shall obtain the certificate from the concerned authority or download it from the portal.
