Apply In-Person:
- To apply offline, the applicant has to go to the respective SDM offices of Ambassa, Gandacherra, Kamalpur & Longtharai Valley or visit an E-suvidha centre or the tehsildar’s office.
- You will be given an application form which you need to fill with the necessary details.
- Attach documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page and submit it to the relevant authorities.
- Further instructions will be given at the office.
- The status of the application will be sent through SMS.
Apply Online
- To apply, visit the official Tripura e-district portal.
- Here is the Website link
- Click on “Citizen registration”, it can be seen in the bottom left without scrolling.
- You will be required to enter your Aadhar number.
- An OTP will be sent to you Aadhar registered number.
- You will be directed to another page where you will have to register your account, enter your details.
- An OTP will be sent to your phone number and email ID, enter these when prompted.
- Once you do so, you will register with the e-district portal.
- Go back to the login page, enter your credentials and log in.
- On the left click on “Apply for services”.
- The number one option will be “Land Valuation certificate”, click on that.
- Enter details such as your name, address, contact details, eligibility.
- Enter captcha.
- Click on “Submit”.
- After submission, an application number will be generated, keep this safe to help track the application.
- You can track your application by logging in again and clicking on the “Track Application” option and entering your application number.

EligibilityEdit
Must legally own a piece of land in the state of Tripura.
FeesEdit
- A fee of Rs 5 for citizens above the poverty line.
- A fee of Rs 2 for citizens below the poverty line.
ValidityEdit
The certificate needs to be renewed every 3 to 5 years.
