Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain Land Holding Certificate in Telangana, the applicant has to approach the Chief Commissioner Of Land Administration link
  2. The applicant has to download the form from the given link.
  3. Please fill the application form with essential information and details and it should be attested by the authorized officer of the facility with seal.
  4. The applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  5. Applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
  6. Complete filled form and the required documents should submit to the respective department.
  7. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
  8. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing the license.
  9. The applicant gets the application status notification through mail.
  10. The applicant can get the certificate by visiting the office.
  11. The processing time for this procedure is 30 days.
