Procedure

Through CSC Centre:

1. To apply for Hostel License in Telangana, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC centre in their area.
2. Request the application form in the CSC centre.
3. Fill the required details in the application form correctly without any mistakes.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit all the required documents to the person in the CSC centre.
6. Pay the required amount of fees for the application and also for the CSC centre.
7. The CSC centre will notify you once the application is accepted by the licensing department.
8. You can get the printout of the license from the CSC centre.

Apply Online :

1. To apply for Hostel License in Telangana, the applicant has to visit the official website of CDMA.
2. Use the following link to apply for Hostel License: Online Trade Application
3. Applicant goes through the Mobile OTP Validation to access the New Trade License Application Form.
4. Then the applicant needs to fill all the mandatory details along with the Trade Information and the required uploads.
5. On filling all the trade information, system displays the Trade Fees.
6. On submitting, the application number is generated and the applicant is taken to the Payment screen.
7. On successful payment of the Trade License Fee a TIN number is generated along with the Trade License Certificate and an SMS is sent to the applicant.
8. The generated Trade License is valid till end of the Financial Year and the Trade License has to be renewed before the TIN Expiry.

Eligibility

• The applicant must be above the age of 18.
• The applicant must be the resident of Telangana.
• The applicant should not have any criminal cases.

• The license is valid for one year.
