Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Hostel License in Andhra Pradesh, the applicant has to approach the nearest MeeSeva Franchise.
2. Get the application form from the MeeSeva Franchise.
3. Fill the application form correctly without any mistakes.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. The request for AP Hostel License will be forwarded online to the concerned ULB.
7. The application will be processed by the cheif medical officer.
8. Once the concerned authority approves the request, the license will be dispatched through courier from MeeSeva Franchise to the applicant's address by Speed Post.

1. To apply for Hostel License in Andhra Pradesh, the applicant has to visit the official web page of Commissioner at Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA) Portal.
2. Use the following link to apply for Hostel License : License Online
3. Select the online service option and click on the Trade license option.
4. Now the applicant need to select the corporation from the drop down menu.
5. Click on the Submit button, the application form will be displayed.
6. Fill up the application form correctly without any mistake.
7. Now upload the required documents listed below.
8. After successful submission of application, an acknowledgement number will be generated.
9. Pay the required amount of fees as per the instruction.
10. You can track the status of the application using the acknowledgement number.
11. Once the status is completed, the applicant can download the license from CDMA portal
