Procedure

Apply Online (Through Parivahan Portal)

1. To Download or View Driver License, the applicant can make their application online via the Parivahan portal by using the following link link
2. The applicant must click “Online Services” and select “Driving License Related Service”.
3. Next the applicant must select their respective state from the drop-down menu.
4. Next click on the driving license menu, and click “Print Driving License.”
5. Then the applicant must enter application number and date of birth and click “Submit”
6. THE driving licence will be displayed on the screen. You can either save it as a PDF or get a print out.
7. The fee for Download or View Driver License is free of cost.
8. The entire processing time completes within minutes.

Apply Online (Through Digi Locker Portal)

1. To Download or View Driver License, the applicant can make their application online via the Digi locker portal by using the following link link
2. If the applicant is an existing user, the applicant must click “Sign In” and login either by mobile number or by username and 6-digit security pin.
3. If the applicant is a new user, click sign up and register an account then login.
4. Next choose “Driving Licence” option from the “Issued Documents” menu.
5. Then enter your driving licence number and click “Submit”
6. Then the applicant will be able to view and download the driving license in PDF format.
7. The fee for Download or View Driver License is free of cost.
8. The entire processing time completes within minutes.

Apply Through Digi Locker App

1. To Download or View Driver License, the applicant can make their application by installing the Digi locker portal by using the following link link
2. Next the applicant has to select language, and click “Get Started”
3. If the applicant is an existing user, the applicant must click “Sign In” and login either by mobile number or by username and 6-digit security pin.
4. If the applicant is a new user, click sign up and register an account then login.
5. Next choose “Driving Licence” option from the “Issued Documents” menu.
6. Then enter your driving licence number and click “Submit”
7. Then the applicant will be able to view and download the driving license in PDF format.
8. The fee for Download or View Driver License is free of cost.
9. The entire processing time completes within minutes.
