Puducherry - Online Register a Death and Obtain Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Death Obtaining Certificate
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : Please complete the registration form with valid details.

Step 4 : To attach files click “Choose File” tab. After completion please click “SEND APPLICATION” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Then you will receive the confirmation message as shown below.

Step 6 : This submitted application will be processed further to issue certificate after verification.
