- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Hostel License or Permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Trade License” option under “Citizen Services” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now choose your ULB and district from the dropdown menu as applicable.
- Step 5 : Now click “Apply Online For Trade License” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Complete the application form with valid information.

- Step 7 : Now click the checkbox against declaration statement and enter the characters for verification. Then click “Submit Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : After successful submission of your application, authority will verify your documents and notify you through SMS or mail for further processing.
- Step 9 : Once the verification process gets completed, you will be notified to download or collect the license on a specified date.
