The Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, the Government of Maharashtra provides online facility to user to apply for Renewal of Registration Certificate for Granted Special Schools/ Workshop/ Matimand Balgruh/ Activity for Rehabilitation. User can read the instructions and fill the form. Online service is provided by the government to save time of the user. The portal is available in two languages, English and Marathi; user can select any of the preferred language. However, the application form can be printed and applied in person along with the necessary documents to District, Social Welfare Officer.

Apply Online through aaplesarkar :

  1. To Renewal of Registration Certificate for Granted Special Schools/ Workshop/ Matimand Balgruh/ Activity for Rehabilitation, the applicant can make the application via Aaplesarkar Portal by using the following link link
  2. The applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
  3. Then the applicant has to click the “Social Justice” menu and select “Renewal of Registration Certificate for Granted Special Schools/ Workshop/ Matimand Balgruh/ Activity for Rehabilitation” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
  4. Next Select Registration – Form, fill out the online form, and submit.
  5. The applicant will get the application Id and the application screen will be closed.
  6. Open the application submitting application id and see the status of the application and the instruction given on the right side of the screen.
  7. If Status is uploaded document, then click upload the documents on right side instructions.
  8. By Clicking on the documents which want to upload browse will appear and upload all the required documents with the above same procedure.
  9. Then Click upload document at the bottom and see the status again which will show for payment.
  10. Click on pay the fees on the right-side button and choose the option of payment and make payment.
  11. Check the status it will show "under scrutiny" which means your application is on the desk for scrutiny check the status regularly, either it is "approved” or "rejected”
  12. If rejected check your mail and follow the instruction given in the mail and read the instructions.
  13. If you see the status "completed” and the "Download certificate” on the right side of your screen Then you can download the Registration certificate or check the mail for permit.

Apply in Person:

  1. Applications can also be made in-person through the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department (Government of Maharashtra) offices and sub-offices.
  2. You will be able to find the office location information and contact information under the following link :Contacts
  3. Please make sure you have all the documents (if any) that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. Fill the application form with the required information
  5. Submit the form in person to Social Justice and Special Assistance Department.
  6. After the authorities validate your application and the documents that are submitted they will process the application for Renewal of Registration Certificate for Granted Special Schools/ Workshop/ Matimand Balgruh/ Activity for Rehabilitation.



Apply Through Mobile App

  1. To Renewal of Registration Certificate for Granted Special Schools/ Workshop/ Matimand Balgruh/ Activity for Rehabilitation, the applicant can make the application via RTS Maharashtra app link
  2. After installing the app, click on “Getting Started” and “select language” to start the application.
  3. Then the applicant has to click the “Social Justice” menu and select “Renewal of Registration Certificate for Granted Special Schools/ Workshop/ Matimand Balgruh/ Activity for Rehabilitation” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
  4. Next the applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
  5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  6. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  7. Review the application and click “Submit”
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  9. An acknowledgment receipt will be displayed. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
  10. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  11. The applicant can check the status of the application by clicking on “Track” menu by entering the department and application ID.

  • Aadhar Card
  • A copy of rent agreement
  • Society's Registration Act,1860
  • The Bombay Public Trust Act,1950
  • A statement of details of Employees
  • Copy of renewed Certificate of Registration
  • Photograph of the ramps constructed in Building
  • In case of school/vocational training center/MDC homes
  • Memorandum of Association and serial number of Institution
  • A copy of Government order of building rent in view of assessment
  • A copy of information filled in Salary System of Education Department
  • A copy of Certificate issued by the Public Works Department in respect of rent
  • Copy of Public Trust Register(PTR) in Schedule-I, certified by the Charity Commissioner
  • A copy of Certified Information regarding available Educational and Rehabilitative Equipments
  • A copy of due sanction from the Department of Technical and Vocational Training, if Skilled Trade
  • Copy of appointment order of Administrator appointed by the Government under the grounds of dispute
  • Date and Registration Number of Certificate of Registration issued by the Commissioner (Enclose copy)
  • Copy of the revised certificate of registration if "permanently" word is omitted from registration certificate

Photocopy of documents should be attached while applying in person and scanned documents should be uploaded while applying online. Keep all the documents in scanned form like JPEG, GIF and PDF, so that it can be uploaded while making online application on the website. If submitting in person, xerox copies needs to be attached.
