- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for obtaining duplicate diploma certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : On accessing the above link you will be taken to the page that is shown below. If you are a registered user then enter all the credentials in the section which is highlighted in “Yellow” and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED. If you are a new user then click “New User? Register here” option which is highlighted in RED. Please refer the below image.
- Step 4 : If you click “New User? Register here” you can see the following page. Here you can select the appropriate option which is suitable for you to register easily. Once you are registered into the portal, make login with the valid credentials. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in yellow.
- Step 5 : After successful login, you will be provided with a screen where you have to select “Higher And Technical Education Department” which is in the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Red. Now look for the service “Duplicate Certificate” which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Complete the application form. Then click the checkbox which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Save Details” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 9 : In the next page you have to upload the mandatory documents and photograph to process the application. Then click “Upload Documents” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now please click appropriate button to submit the application form and look for payment options.
- Step 11 : After successful payment process, you will receive the acknowledgment.
- Step 12 : After the verification process, you will be notified to download the certificate from the portal.
