Maharashtra - Online Apply Permission for Public Meetings (Strike, Protest) and Processions (Dharna, Pradarshan)
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. - Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : On accessing the above link you will be taken to the page that is shown below. If you are a registered user then enter all the credentials in the section which is highlighted in “Yellow” and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED. If you are a new user then click “New User? Register here” option which is highlighted in RED. Please refer the below image.
- Step 4 : If you click “New User? Register here” you can see the following page. Here you can select the appropriate option which is suitable for you to register easily. Once you are registered into the portal, make login with the valid credentials. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 5 : After successful login, you will be provided with a screen where you have to select “Home Department” which is in the left side of the page. Now look for the service “Permission for peaceful assembly and procession” which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Click on “Permission for Peaceful Assembly and Procession” menu at the left side of the page. Now complete the application form with valid details. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Then click the checkbox against declaration which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : In the next page you have to upload your photograph and other necessary documents required to process the application.
- Step 9 : Now please click appropriate button to submit the application form and look for payment options.
- Step 10 : After successful payment process, you will receive the acknowledgment.
- Step 11 : After the verification process, you will be notified to download the permit copy from the portal.
