- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : On accessing the above link you will be taken to the page that is shown below. If you are a registered user then enter all the credentials in the section which is highlighted in yellow and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED. If you are a new user then click “New User? Register here” option which is highlighted in RED. Please refer the below image.
- Step 4 : If you click “New User? Register here” you can see the following page. Here you can select the appropriate option which is suitable for you to register easily. Once you are registered into the portal, make login with the valid credentials. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 5 : After successful login, you will be provided with a screen where you have to select “Revenue Department” which is in the left side of the page and it is highlighted in RED. Now look for the service “Issuing Certified Copy- A) Property Card” which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Then click “Issuing Certified Copy- A) Property Card” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 7 : Complete the application form with valid information and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Please follow the screen instructions and upload documents if necessary. Also make payment if applicable.
- Step 9 : Once the application form is submitted, officer verifies the application and approves with digital signature.
- Step 10 : After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities. After verification concerned authority will issue the possession certificate.
