Madhya Pradesh - Online Obtain a Solvency Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for obtaining solvency certificate
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : In this page please click on the icon next to the applicable “Solvency certificate” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Please select download menu on the left part of the page and select “Application letter” sub option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Applicant will reach a new page. Here, please select “Revenue” department and under services please select Solvency related option as per value applicable for your requisition.

Step 6 : For online submission, fill the application form with the necessary details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : After submitting your application an acknowledgement receipt will be received for confirmation of submission. Keep it safe for future reference.
Step 8 : This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
Step 9 : Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
Step 10 : Applicant can check the status through the online portal using the application number obtained while applying online. Once it is ready it will be delivered as per applicable norms.
