- Step 2 : Please use the following link to register your complaint online : Register Complaint.
- Step 3 : In this page please select the Island and Complaint from the dropdown menu as applicable to you. Then click “File a Complaint” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : After successful submission of your complaint you will receive the confirmation message. Please note the complaint ID for future reference.
- Step 5 : Authorities will verify the details and take necessary action to prevent power theft.
