- Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.
- Step 3:Fill out all the mandatory details required. Refer to the “Required Information” section in this procedure to fill the required details.
- Step 4:Save the form and click on “Submit Complaint” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image .

- Step 5:The complaint is now fully submitted.
- Step 6:After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and repair or replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
