Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant shall visit the CSC centre in respective thasildhaar office and apply.
2. Link for contact: link use the appropriate selection to get the desired contact details.
3. Please go the respective office. Submit the completed application obtained from office. Please pay for the form as appropriate.
4. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference. This number will also be messaged to your mobile.
5. Please save it for future reference.
6. This application will be verified by the respective authorities as per instruction.
7. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
8. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective thasildhar to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
9. Applicant will get the certificate in 14 days after due verification.
   
   

Apply Online:

1. To apply for the Income certificate online in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the applicant has to visit the following link: Link
2. Enter the username and password to log in if you are already a user. Otherwise, click on the "Create account" button and follow all the on-screen instructions for a new account.
3. On successful signing up, select the "Application for Income Certificate" option in the portal.
4. Provide all the appropriate details in the prompted fields and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
5. On a separate pop up page, the application form for the Income certificate will be displayed. The applicant may download a copy of the submitted application form.
6. After submission, the applicant will receive a confirmation slip which shall be kept safe for future reference.
7. Also, ensure to upload the "Required Documents" and make the payment required for processing the application.
8. Upon successful completion of all the steps, verification and inspection by the concerned department authority will be processed.
9. Once the verification is over, the authorising officer shall submit a report to the respective Tehsildar/licensing authority to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
10. On total satisfaction, the application will be approved and the Income Certificate will be issued by the licensing authority.
11. The applicant will get an income certificate as notified.

• Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card/ Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defence ID Card / PAN Card.
• Age proof (birth certificate / school certificate)
• Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from competent authority, income tax return acknowledgement.
• Applicant passport size photograph.
• 2 different Gazette Officers certification (as per requirement)
• Education records duly signed
• Aadhaar card
• Land revenue receipt (in case of farmer if available).
• Affix stamp as advised by authorities if required.
