- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Hostel License or Permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Please click “Online Trade License New Registration (For Public)” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now read the declaration statement carefully and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Continue” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Complete the registration form with proper information.
- Step 6 : Choose the trade option from the dropdown menu as shown in the below image (Using RED arrow) and click “Add” tab. Complete other details and click “Next” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Note down the fee amount to be paid and click “Send OTP” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 9 : Choose the payment gateway and click “Proceed for payment” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : To make payment click “Make Payment” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : Print the fee receipt and keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 12 : After successful submission of your application, authority will verify your documents and notify you through SMS or mail for further processing.
- Step 13 : Once the verification process gets completed, you will be notified to download or collect the license on a specified date.
