Apply Online

  1. To Download or View Building Plan, the applicant must make the application online via Online Portal link
  2. The applicant has to enter the application number and “Search” button.
  3. The applicant can able to view the certificate details.
  4. Click on print or download option to download the certificate.
  5. The fee for download or view certificate is free of cost.
  6. The entire process will complete within a day.



Apply Online (Through Digi Locker Portal)

  1. To Download or View Building Plan, the applicant can make their application online via the Digi locker portal by using the following link link
  2. If the applicant is an existing user, the applicant must click “Sign In” and log in either by mobile number or by username and 6-digit security pin.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, click sign up and register an account then log in.
  4. Next select the "Issued Documents" from left panel.
  5. Now click on "Get More Issued Documents" which is located at the end of the page.
  6. Now select "Karnataka" from the list of states displayed under heading "State Government".
  7. Now you should be able to see the list of documents that you can apply for. Select "Building Plan" from the list.
  8. Enter the necessary details that are requested and click the "Get Document" button to download or view the document
  9. The certificate is ready to download in PDF form.
  10. The fee for download or view certificate is free of cost.
  11. The entire processing time is completed within minutes.



Apply through app

  1. To Download or View Building Plan, the applicant has to make their application through the following link link
  2. The applicant has to click the “Install” button from the following link to download the app.
  3. After the installation, the applicant has to select the language and click the “Get Started” button.
  4. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Create Account” button.
  5. Enter all the registration details and click the “Submit” button.
  6. Enter the OTP from the given mobile number and click the “Submit” button.
  7. Now enter the aadhar number and click the “Next” button.
  8. Enter the OTP from the registered aadhar number and click the “Submit” button.
  9. Sign in with mobile number or with aadhar/username.
  10. Enter the mobile number and click the “Next” button.
  11. Also enter the 6-digit security PIN and click the “Sign In” button.
  12. Next select the "Issued Documents" from left panel.
  13. Now click on "Get More Issued Documents" which is located at the end of the page.
  14. Now select "Karnataka" from the list of states displayed under heading "State Government".
  15. Now you should be able to see the list of documents that you can apply for. Select "Building Plan" from the list.
  16. Enter the necessary details that are requested and click the "Get Document" button to download or view the document
  17. The certificate is ready to download in PDF form.
  18. The fee for download or view certificate is free of cost.
  19. The entire processing time is complete within a few minutes.



Apply Through CSC

  1. To Download or View Building Plan, the applicant has to approach respective “CSC” centre link

NOTE: The applicant must select state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centres.

  1. Please visit the office and consult with the officer for your requirement.
  2. Then the applicant must provide details to the concerned officer.
  3. The details that to be provide is mentioned in “Required Information” section of this page.
  4. Then the officer will download the certificate and provide to the applicant.
  5. The applicant must pay the requested fee for download the certificate.
  6. The entire process will complete within a day.
