Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To cancel drug license contact the drug controller office of your area.
2. Link for contact details: Contact link
3. Cancellation application form can be obtained from the respective authority on visit.
4. Submit the application form along with original Drug license to the Assistant Drug Controller (ADC) or designated authority at District health service or Drugs Control Office of your area.
5. Required documents can be referred from the required documents section below.
6. This application will be processed further.
7. Drug inspector or the respective authority will verify everything and once all the above process are over controller of drugs or the appropriate authority will Cancel your drug license.
8. Applicant will receive information about the Cancellation of license.
   

Apply Online:

1. To Cancel Drug Licence in Jharkhand, the applicant shall visit the following webpage: Link.
2. A new page will open up, where the applicant needs to log in using their login credentials.
3. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option for the license.
4. On a newly opened page, the applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details and complete the given application form.
5. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
6. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
7. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
8. On successful verification, the license will be issued.
9. Obtain the license from the concerned office.

Apply through Centres:

1. To Cancel Drug Licence in Jharkhand, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
