Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. Choose “Online Trade License New Registration” option in the portal.
3. Now, click on” Continue” option after agreeing with the terms and conditions.
4. The trade license online application form will appear on the screen. Fill out all the required details and select “Next” option for successful registration.
5. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Review the application and click submit.
7. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant.
8. Once all the verification is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through mail regarding the application or in SMS.
9. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply Online through state portal:

1. To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Register” button.
3. Enter the Aadhaar number with the captcha and click the “Next” button.
4. The applicant has to enter the details for the registration process and click the “Submit” button.
5. Now the applicant has to enter the login ID and password and then click the “Login” button.
6. Instead of a password, the applicant can click the “Get OTP” button to get the OTP from the registered mobile number.

14. This application will be moved to the respective authority of the Zone for field verification of the site.
15. After field verification, the authority will submit a verification report before the trade license committee.
16. Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office and pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
17. Upon successful completion, the applicant can get the license from the office.

1. To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “New Application” button.
