Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant must visit the revenue department authorities or thasildhar to apply in person with the documents specified under required documents session. Link for contact :District Name please click on the respective district names to reach the website of the respective district. In the given page select “Directory” menu option and select the respective option provided to get the contact details. (If the directed page shows error message then, add https:// before the name of the district as per the given page. E.g. if the www.bokaro.nic.in/ page shows error message then type Type to open it.)
2. Please go to the respective office. Submit the completed application obtained from office or can be downloaded from the link below: Application
3. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
4. This application will be verified by the circle officer / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI).
5. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
6. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective authority/thasildhar to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
7. Applicant will get the certificate in 7 days after due verification.

2. Select the State, District, and Block name to find out the address.
3. Please go the respective office.
4. Application can be obtained from the authorities.
5. Submit the complete application along with required documents at the operator in the centre.
6. Operator will check the details and start to process online using the computer.
7. Applicant will get the transaction ID for the application made. Please keep it safe for future reference.
8. This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
9. Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
10. Applicant has to go and meet the respective authorities with documents as instructed to get the Income certificate as per given date.

1. Use the following link to reach online portal. Link: jharsewa
2. In the given page, please select “register yourself” option to register and then use the credentials to login using login tab.
3. Once login, the list of online services available will be displayed. Select income certificate.
4. The resulting page provides application for filing income certificate.
5. Complete the page prompts and hit the respective option to get acknowledgement.
6. Please keep the acknowledgement for future reference.
7. This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
8. Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
9. Applicant can check use the status option in the online portal to know the status and download the certificate.

• Self declaration from the applicant.
• Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card/ Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defence ID Card / PAN Card.
• Age proof (birth certificate / school certificate)
• Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from competent authority, income tax return acknowledgement.
• Applicant passport size photograph.
• 2 different Gazette Officers certification(as per requirement)
• Education records duly signed
• Aadhaar card
• Land revenue receipt (in case of farmer if available).
• Affix stamp as advised by authorities if required.
