Himachal Pradesh - Online Obtain Birth Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Birth Certificate

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page please click "CITIZEN LOGIN" option which is highlighted in RED. In the next page please click “New Registration” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.

Step 4 : Now complete the registration form with valid details and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : After successful registration, you will be taken to a page where you have to click “Click Here To Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now login using the User ID and Password. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Now you have to set a new password. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Now click “Apply For New Service” option which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image to get the available services page.

Step 9 : Now look for Birth Registration and Certificate option under “Panchayati Raj Department / Urban Development Department” section. Click the icon which is highlighted in Yellow against “Birth Registration and Certificate”.

Step 10 : Now click “Proceed” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : Now complete the registration form with valid details. Click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 12 : Please complete the statistical information section with valid details and click “Save” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 13 : Check all the information you have provided and click “Print & Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 14 : After submission, verification process will be carried out by the authorities.

Step 15 : Once the verification process gets completed applicant will be notified to download the certificate.
