ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. Applicants can complain to the particular State Medical Council for initiating inquiry and action. The address of the Haryana Medical Council can be found in the given contact link.
  2. Applicants can file a complaint with local police.
  3. If the complaint is only registered with the police, the police can forward the case to the state medical council.
  4. Once, the State medical council detects the case then, they will send the statements to the relevant courts under applicable sections.
  5. Also, if the victim is not satisfied with the judgment of the council, he or she can again request to the Medical Council of India. The address can be found in the given Contact link.
  6. The procedure takes time as per the council’s policy and guidelines.


Apply Online:

  1. Applicants can file complaints using this Link.
  2. Applicant can file their grievance without logging in as well.
  3. Open the link, click the “Click Here” below.
  4. After clicking on the icon, a Grievance form will appear on the new tab.
  5. Aspirants have to fill the grievance form by giving the following details mentioned in the “Required Information” section below of this page.
  6. Scan all the documents like proof against the related case.
  7. Now, enter the captcha and “Raise Complaint” option.
  8. After raising the complainant, the applicant will be taken back to the log-in screen and the registered application number will appear.
  9. Please note it down for future use.
  10. Now your complaint has been registered successfully.

  • The person who is the victim of the related case.
  • The Victim must be Indian as nationality.


FeesEdit

  • The fee for Submission of a complaint against any doctor(s) is Rs. 500/-( + 18% GST).
  • Additional fees may be charged for further procedures e.g. hiring a lawyer etc.

The procedure continues until the case gets resolved.
