- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “New user ? Register here” option to register into the portal and apply for the services. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 4 : Now enter the mandatory details and click “Validate” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : You will get the popup box displaying the message as OTP has been to the registered mobile number and Email ID. Click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to get the next page.
- Step 6 : Now enter the OTP in the appropriate textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : In this page you can find some general instructions. Please go back to the login page to continue the process of applying.
- Step 8 : Now enter the Login ID and Password under “SIGN IN HERE” section. Enter the verification text and click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : In this page select “View all available services” under “Apply for services” section which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now type as “occupation” in the search box at the right side of the page. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by an RED arrow. Then click “Issuance of Occupation Certificate” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Since the service is not available in this portal, please go to the link which is pointed out by Yellow arrow in the below image
- Step 12 : Now click “Sign Up” option for registration. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 13 : Now complete the application form with valid details. Click “Upload” tab to upload the documents. Then click “Add Documents” tab to save the uploaded file and add more documents. Then click “Save” tab. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

- Step 14 : After new account creation a popup box appears. Click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 15 : Now enter the username and password in the textbox and click “LOGIN” tab. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 16 : Now click “CONNECT” tab under Directorate of Urban Local Bodies Haryana. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 17 : Now click “NEW APPLICATION” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : Then click “OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 19 : Click the checkbox highlighted in RED and then click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 20 : Choose your district and office from the dropdown menu and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 21 : Read the instructions carefully and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 22 : Complete all the fields with valid details and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then enter the password in the textbox to confirm and submit your application.
- Step 23 : Finally submit the application and get an acknowledgement. Please keep it safe for tracking the status.
- Step 24 : This application will be processed further and upon notification applicant has to follow the guidelines to get the certificate.
