- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Create citizen login” option at the right side of the page and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now you have to make login using the valid credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now enter your login ID and the received verification code in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now click “Character Certificate Request” option under “Verification Services” menu. Then click “Character Certificate Request” option. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Now fill the online application form and then upload required documents as per requirement.
- Step 9 : Now click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to submit the form.
- Step 10 : Please keep the acknowledgement for future reference.
- Step 11 : This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
- Step 12 : Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
- Step 13 : Applicant should meet the respective authorities with documents as instructed to get the certificate.
