Haryana - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter
Step 2 : You can file your complaint online by navigating to the following link: Apply Online.
Step 3 : Click on the “Register Complaint” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Fill out all the mandatory details required. Refer to the “Required Information” section in this procedure to fill the required details.Once all the mandatory information is filled, click on the “Submit Complaint” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : The complaint is successfully submitted.
Step 6 : After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
Step 7 : The department will inform to the consumer to either collect the repaired meter or the replaced meter until which the consumer needs to wait until further notice from the department.
Step 8 : The consumer must follow the department notice and regulations to get the electricity meter fixed.
