Gujarat - Online Obtain Hazardous Waste License or Permit

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining hazardous waste license or permit
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : To make a new registration in the IFP by clicking on “New Investor Registration” highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Complete the registration form and click "Generate OTP" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Now click "Yes" tab highlighted in RED to proceed further.

Step 6 : Now enter the OTP and click "Submit" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 7 : Now click "Login" option at the right side of the page which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 8 : Enter the login credentials and click "Login Now" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 9 : After logging in, click on “Add Project” under the tab “Create Project” which is on the left side. Module will open for adding a project. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 10 : Now complete "Applicant Details" section and click "Next" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 11 : Now complete "Company Details" section and click "Next" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 12 : Now complete "Project Details" section and click "Next" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 13 : Now complete "Investment Details" section and click "Next" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 14 : Now complete "Other Details" section and click "Submit" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 15 : After submitting, proceed to upload the required documents as well. And also pay the prescribed fees as recommended.
Step 16 : After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the query and scrutiny at Regional office. If the concerned official finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, it will be returned to the industry.
Step 17 : After the proper reply from the industry, the HWM application will be processed by the Regional Officer. Inspection of the Industry by the Regional officer will be processed then.
Step 18 : When all the documents are found in order, out warded HWM authorization order will be issued online.
Step 19 : The applicants can download the authorization order from their respective logins as well as from the Board’s website.
