ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain Matriz Certificate please approach local Revenue office which is located in your area.
  2. Application should be obtained from concerned office and addressed to concerned authority
  3. Make sure you have all required document and eligible to get this certificate
  4. Complete the application along with required document and appropriate fees
  5. Submit the application to the concerned authority where they start the processing
  6. After successful verification authority will issue the certificate

Apply through Centres:

  1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following Link to locate the centre according to the respective district: Link.
  2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. The operator will process the application online.
  4. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
  5. The certificate will be downloaded.
