Procedure

This procedure explains various ways to Apply for Driver License with Additional Restriction (ARC 1 Motorcycle Driver License) in Zamboanga Peninsula.

For Non-Professional and Professional

1. Proceed to the Customer Service Counter to get your checklist of requirements and secure a Drivers License Application Form. (This form is available for download. You can accomplish this form prior to transacting your business at the LTO.) Get a queue number and wait for your number to be called.
2. When your number is called, proceed to evaluator counter and submit all the required documents and have it checked for completeness and authenticity.
3. Proceed to the Photo taking /Signature Area to have your picture and signature taken when your name is called.
4. Proceed to the Cashier when your name is called to pay the application fee.
5. Wait for your name to be called for the practical exam.
6. After passing the practical examination, proceed to the Cashier when your name is called for payment of necessary fees and obtain an Official Receipt.
7. Proceed to the Releasing Counter, present the Official Receipt and claim the Card type License.

2. Duly accomplished Application Form (ADL).
3. Negative drug test result (from a DOH accredited drug testing center & Government Hospital).
4. Must have passed the practical examination.
5. Medical Certificate (from LTO accredited or Government physician & Government Hospitals), if due for renewal.

Instructions

• An applicant must both pass the LTO Written Exam and Driving Exam before being granted with a Non-Professional / Professional driver's license. If the applicant fails the tests, the applicant should wait for another month before being able to take the tests again.
  
• An applicant can apply for a Non-Professional Drivers License to your nearest Licensing Center/ District office with Driving License transactions.
  
• An applicant can download for the official LTO Application for Drivers License (ADL) Form to their website: http://www.lto.gov.ph/
  
• The window names/titles in a licensing office may differ from branches. Do not be confused. Just follow their instructions.
