- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply Online : Apply Online
- Step 3 : In the given page Choose “Labour & Employment” section which is highlighted in “Red” in the below.

- Step 4 : Under that Please select “Contractor Renewal (Contract Labour)” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to get next page.

- Step 5 : In the next page please click “Proceed to apply” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get the login page.

- Step 6 : Please login using the credentials and click on the “Login” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. If you are a new user, then use the “Register” tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to reach register page.
- Step 7 : Please enter the required details as per prompt and hit the “Generate OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get OTP in the entered mobile number.
- Step 8 : Please enter the OTP at the appropriate space and click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now enter the details at the prompted space and click “I agree” box which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image and click “Validate” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now login using your credentials.
- Step 11 : Once login, Complete the page prompts for online application and hit respective tab to submit application. Upload required documents.
- Step 12 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Step 13 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.
- Step 14 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.
- Step 15 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.
- Step 16 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.
- Step 17 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.
- Step 18 : If the applications is found to be correct in all respect then renewed Contract Labour License is issued to the applicant.
- Step 19 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.
- Note :
- If no work is executed by the contractor than a no work certificate from the principal employer should accompany the application of Renewal.
- Make sure to keep the “First-Aid Facilities” in the premises during inspection.
- It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
