Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To renew a Micro Enterprise Certificate of Registration in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Development Agency, please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Zambia Development Agency.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with “Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be issued a provisional certificate.
8. Collect the renewed certificate from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

Required Documents

• Duly completed application form.
• Copy of PACRA Certificate.
• Copy of NRC of all registered owners of the company.
• Business plan for the enterprise (In a case where the enterprise has no business plan, a Business Data Sheet Summary Form).
• Tax Clearance Certificate from Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).
• A non- refundable processing fee of ZK33.30 to be paid on submission of application form.

• Applicants should be of Sound Mind.

• Application Fee: ZK 33.30(non-refundable).

• The validity of the certificate will be as mentioned on the permit.
