Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Photographic Tour Operator License in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Wildlife Authority, for the main office visit link.
2. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. Fill the application form provided in the Zambia Wildlife Authority office after understanding the guidelines, find the form in first schedule Link.
4. Submit the application with necessary attachments to the office.
5. Pay the fee as per given in the “Fees” section of this page.
6. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, a provisional certificate will be accessible.
7. The applicant gets the license in a stipulated period of time.

• License Fee( National park) : US$ 50/year.

• The licence is valid for a year from the date of issue in the named area(s).
