- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply Online : Apply Online
- Step 3 : In the next page please click “Proceed to apply” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get the login page.

- Step 4 : Please login using the credentials and click on the “Login” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. If you are a new user, then use the “Register” tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to reach register page.
- Step 5 : Please enter the required details as per prompt and hit the “Generate OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get OTP in the entered mobile number.
- Step 6 : Please enter the OTP at the appropriate space and click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now enter the details at the prompted space and click “I agree” box which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image and click “Validate” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now login using your credentials.
- Step 9 : Fill the details download the new connection Requisition Form.
- Step 10 : Upload all the Required Documents for New connection once all the details are filled and saved.
- Step 11 : You can download requisition form and upload required documents any time by providing your registered mobile number and view your existing details screen.
- Step 12 : You can re upload the documents from upload documents Screen.
- Step 13 : Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
- Step 14 : The applicant will be contacted by the respective officer /Call Centre Representative on email/mobile provided by you for verification.
- Step 15 : Once verification is successful, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.
