Procedure

1. To transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle the applicant has to contact the Department Of Motor Vehicles.
2. Application related to the transfer can be obtained from the respective offices which has to be filled in and submitted with appropriate fees.
   

Note : The transfer of the vehicle must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
