ProcedureEdit

  1. Application for obtaining permit or license for Festival Booth can be made at the Department Of Culture.
  2. The completed registration forms are submitted to the Chairperson of the Village Sub-Committee.
  3. The Chairperson of the Village Sub-Committee schedules a meeting with all applicants to review the rules and regulations and all requirements the applicants would be required to comply with.
  4. The applicants would subsequently be informed via telephone if they were successful in securing a booth.
  5. Once the applicants have been informed of their success, they will be further advised of the due dates of the related fees. The applicants that were not successful will also be informed via telephone and would be required to re-apply the following year.
