United Arab Emirates - Renew Absher Card

ProcedureEdit

Emirate citizens working in the private sector may apply for an Absher Card. Cards can be applied online through the Ministry of Labour www.mol.gov.ae.
Once issued, you do not need to renew your card for the Ministry's system will automatically renew your card the moment it expires.

EligibilityEdit

To be able to apply for the procedure you must:

be UAE national
have a labour card that is active and issued from the Ministry of Labour
be actively working with not less than six month in one establishment, and it's calculated from the date of labour card issuance
be registered in the General Authority for Pensions and Social Securityor Abu Dhabi Pensions and Retirement Fund
have a minimum 3 month salary transfer through the Wages protection System (WPS)
